FAQ

What is your custom process like?

You can download a custom order form from my Contact page and email it to info@kaydenfitzgerald.com. It will be reviewed within 7 business days of receiving it and I will reach out with any clarifying questions. Once the project scope is clear, I will make a digital mock-up for your approval. Because I am a one-man shop, some of the more complex furniture, cabinetry and sign projects require a design fee prior to starting the design stage. This non-refundable fee covers the time spent designing and creating proofs for a piece that is custom-tailored to you.

 

Once the design is approved, I will send an invoice for the whole project, including what the deposit is. Once the deposit is received, I will confirm the expected completion date based on current lead times.
The turn-around time ranges between 3-8 weeks from approval, depending on the complexity of the project and the current production schedule.

Do you require a deposit?

I require a 50% non-refundable deposit as your approval. This also secures your spot in my production calendar. 

What is your lead time?

I am a one-man shop. All custom work is made-to-order. The length of the design portion varies, and the typically, the turn-around time is 6-8 weeks from the time the design is approved and deposit is received.
