Annual Report: Luxottica
Focal Point: a redesign of the 2018 Annual Report for Luxottica; a company with a global presence that creates a wide variety of eyewear and provides eye care resources.
The cover has an overlay to bring the design in and out of focus, as putting glasses on and taking them off does for those with vision impairment.
The spreads throughout the annual report use a clean grid and white space to tie into the way glasses are presented to the consumer. The typography used through the layout to introduce each section is to reinforce the chart used at the ophthalmologist.
